Airbus Helicopters has acquired its Italian distributor and partner, Aersud Elicotteri.
From its headquarters near Verona, Aersud has played a key role in increasing Airbus Helicopters’ market share in Italy, particularly in mission segments such as aerial work, business aviation and emergency medical services.
The company is a distributor of Airbus aircraft, including the H125 and H145 helicopters, which are particularly suited to the country’s mountainous conditions.
The company will now fully integrate with Airbus Helicopters’ global network of customer centers.
